Overview Experteer Overview In this role you will develop and execute the strategy for Property & Liability risks in the Italian market, partnering with the Mid-Corporate team to drive business development. You will coordinate with agents, support local strategy to meet Allianz Mid Corporate targets, and ensure underwriting discipline across the organization. You will collaborate with Sales, Claims and other product lines to implement cross-selling and marketing initiatives. Claims and other lines to support cross-selling Maintain underwriting consistency and adherence to corporate guidelines and regulatory framework Support development and implementation of new or modified products Support acquisition of new business and retention, including agent/broker negotiations Communicate local business strategy externally Responsabilità Master's degree in Engineering or Economics or Law At least 5 years' proven underwriting experience in profitable Property (PD/BI and Theft and Liability) for Corporate Clients Experience with multinational clients preferred Proven leadership skills Expertise in risk assessment and policy administration lifecycle Strong pricing knowledge and market analysis Experience in designing, developing and implementing robust wordings Experience driving underwriting projects Entrepreneurial mindset Strong communication skills Ability to work in an international organization Fluent in Italian and English Very good knowledge of Office 365 and other collaborative tools Data reporting Requisiti fondamentali #J-18808-Ljbffr
