Experteer Overview In this role you will implement advanced computer vision solutions to optimize Pirelli's production processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate AI ideas into scalable industrial applications, driving improvements in quality, efficiency and sustainability. You'll work on end-to-end CV projects, from data collection to deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement in production environments. Responsabilità Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields




Fluency in English
Hands‐on experience with computer vision (object detection, image segmentation, anomaly detection) on industrial datasets
2+ years in developing and optimizing deep learning models, with CNNs and transformers
Experience delivering end-to-end ML solutions in production environments (data collection, preprocessing, deployment, monitoring)
Strong knowledge of MLOps (CI/CD for ML, model versioning, automated testing, performance monitoring)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and scalable ML infrastructure
Knowledge of multimodal models, Generative AI, and edge deployment
