Experteer Overview As Legal Manager you provide independent, autonomous legal guidance to all departments of an Italian premium fashion outlet centre, with a focus on lease and real estate law. You will draft and negotiate leases, review commercial agreements, and support cross‐functional teams in legal matters, ensuring EU and national compliance. The role sits at the center of Leasing, Retail, Operations, and Finance, guiding contracts, governance, and risk management. You'll lead external counsel, coordinate approvals, and drive pragmatic, commercially focused legal solutions. This role offers the chance to shape real estate operations for a pan‐European brand and enhance investor value. Responsibilities Provide independent legal advice across departments with emphasis on lease and real estate law Draft, review and negotiate business and commercial leases with tenants/brand stores Prepare and review other commercial agreements (construction, shop fit, facility management, marketing, service agreements)



Support Centre Management and Leasing Teams in lease negotiations and operational legal matters Coordinate with internal departments and external counsels on legal matters and approvals Ensure compliance with national and EU laws, including GDPR and ESG requirements Manage governance processes, training on Policies & Procedures, and contract/document record‐keeping Lead negotiations with external stakeholders and coordinate external legal advisors Maintain contracts database and template contracts aligned with Group standards Provide legal guidance on compliance, data protection, and insurance‐related matters Manage legal projects across areas of law and oversee litigation with external counsel Participate in cross‐functional meetings to provide legal input and support decision making Assist with internal reporting and maintain alignment with Group standards Qualifications Italian Master's degree in law 3-5 years of relevant real estate and commercial law experienc
