Overall Purpose of Job To support Relationship Managers (RMs) and the Department Head in managing the business activities of JCBD Dept. (Milano), with a focus on assisting client coverage, credit‐related tasks, and business development initiatives.



To contribute proactively to new customer acquisition by conducting market research, identifying potential prospects, and taking an active role in the initial client outreach. Essential Functions Business Support / Client Coverage: Support senior RMs in maintaining and developing long‐term relationships with existing customers by preparing meeting materials, gathering client information, and assisting follow‐up activities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential new clients, contributing to the team's new customer acquisition strategy. Take an active role in the initial approach to prospective customers, including preparing proposals, coordinating internal discussions, and joining introductory meetings when appropriate. Assist in sharing client information and business opportunities with primary office (Japan/Europe) and relevant HQ divisions. Work collaboratively
