We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation and optimization of Saa S-and Custom e-commerce solutions. Responsibilities & Duties Lead and manage e-commerce Saa S projects from inception through completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, adjusting as necessary to meet evolving project needs. Ensure clear communication and alignment of project objectives, timelines,



and requirements among all stakeholders. Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes, using data to drive decision-making and problem-solving. Manage vendor relationships, third-party integrations, and any additional resources needed to deliver e-commerce solutions. Facilitate post-project evaluations, documenting key insights to improve future project processes and performance. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus. 5+ years of project management experience in e-commerce or Saa S environments. Demonstrated experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana).
