Role Responsibilities The Merchandising Process Manager works closely with Merchandising, Supply Chain, and IT teams, ensuring that product lifecycle data flows seamlessly across systems and that tools effectively support planning, analysis, and decision-making and is responsible for ensuring that merchandising processes and systems are coherent, efficient, and scalable. Key activities include: Designing, optimising,



and integrating end-to-end data flows across enterprise systems, ensuring the accuracy and continuity of product lifecycle information Developing advanced analytical models to support assortment planning and inventory optimisation, translating complex commercial and operational variables into reliable forecasts Analysing and re‐engineering merchandising planning processes to reduce complexity, improve efficiency, and enable timely decision‐making In addition, the role contributes to the development of bespoke digital tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions that make data more accessible to merchandising teams.
