You will lead and organize the SRE practice in Agile Lab, managing multiple services with high‐quality delivery in mind.



Salary 45 K - 67.5 K Responsibilities Analyzes designs and implements complex infrastructures; Challenges the team processes, looking for ways to improve; Communicates with self‐awareness; Sets direction for the delivery of multiple services; Identifies areas of strategic technical debt and provides cost/vantaggi analysis for eliminating it; Fully understands the business landscape and stakeholder expectations; Leads recruiting efforts and capacity planning; If needed jumps into a team to help with delivery; Produces quality metrics; Comfortable managing team members with different skill sets.
