Your missions Business Development
Identify prospects through market analysis and proactive outreach.

Recruitment and Management
Attract and recruit talented people with the right expertise and skill set.

Business Unit Management




Oversee the well-being and success of your business unit.
Analyse financial performance and implement strategies to optimize results.
Lead daily operations and create a positive working environment for your team.
Your profile We are looking for young professionals with an entrepreneurial spirit, attracted by challenges, self-starters, and ambitious:
Master's degree in Biology , Chemistry or related fields.
Previous experience of 1.5/2 years in Sales in Life Science field.
Experience in a demanding setting, where excellence and continuous learning are the primary goals.
Structured, organized, and possessing a competitive yet collaborative and innovative mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.
