Overview Lead the construction and industrial services scope for a new manufacturing site, coordinating a cross-functional team to oversee capital investments and ensure a smooth startup of utilities and facilities. The role spans from concept studies to project closeout, influencing safety, compliance, and performance. You will drive multi‐party coordination, documentation, and commissioning to deliver reliable assets for Purina's production operations. Ensure consistency between progress reports and execution; validate deviations and change orders
Responsibilities Experience in construction (civil) and industrial services engineering, preferably in food manufacturing (min 10 years)
Experience operating or supervising others who operate industrial services systems
Manufacturing projects management (5 years) in an international project environment
Capital investment project management experience (~15MCHF)
Knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment methods
PMI certification or equivalent
Fluency in Italian and English
