What You'll Be Doing Derive test cases from user stories and acceptance criteria
Execute required tests within ServiceNow
Create and maintain test documentation and automate tests (e.g., Automated Test Framework)
Record,
analyze and track defects in close coordination with developers and product owners
Participate in sprint planning, review and retrospectives to ensure quality in the agile process
Support governance & compliance definition and implementation for testing; coordinate with overarching test manager
Identify risks, dependencies and optimization potential in the test process
Create test concepts, test plans and migration concepts; maintain test/automation environments and support test data management
What You'll Bring Along Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
At least 7 years of hands‐on experience as a developer, ideally in ServiceNow context
Solid knowledge of ServiceNow processes and experience with test automation (ATF)
Relevant certifications ideally
Experience with agile methods (SAFe/Scrum) and tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Office, Miro
