Experteer Overview As CSA Quantity Surveyor you will manage the commercial scope of civil, structural, and architectural packages on a major data centre development in Milan. You will drive financial control, contractual compliance, and value optimisation across the project lifecycle. You'll work within a high-performing commercial team to ensure accurate cost capture, timely reporting, and effective procurement. and financial updates for senior management Support procurement activities including tender analysis and subcontractor selection Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and risk management procedures Liaise with project managers, engineers, and site teams for accurate cost capture and reporting Assist in preparation and agreement of claims when necessary Responsibilities Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related discipline Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in a Quantity Surveyor role on large-scale construction projects Experience managing CSA packages on data centre or mission‐critical projects (highly desirable) Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial management principles Proven experience in subcontract procurement, valuations, and variation management Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and commercial management software platforms Requirements Negotiable basic salary Compre
