We are currently seeking a Junior Software Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team in Piove di Sacco (PD), Italy
Vertiv is seeking a Junior software engineer to support the development of its global thermal rating tool. In this role, you will be working in an Agile environment with a diverse team of engineers, developers and project managers located around the world to build a state‐of‐the‐art calculation tool that is used to predict the performance of Vertiv's thermal product offerings.
What kind of work will you be doing?




Develop and support Vertiv GRS application ensuring performance and scalability, using the proper technology framework and adding new functionalities in accordance with product owner and direct manager
Write and develop tests to ensure usability of proper solution
Follow industry standard best practices and design principles to build a maintainable and scalable code base
Stay up to date with new technologies
Provide technical support to internal and external application users
What will make you successful?
Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Engineering
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to express thoughts and ideas clearly
2+ years of related experience in full stack development
Demonstrated capability with object‐oriented principles, design patterns, data structures and in-depth knowledge of frameworks
Experience with modern software development tools for continuous integration/deployment startin
