The role ensures high-quality service delivery, supports customer operations, and contributes to business growth through strong technical expertise and customer engagement. This position requires extensive travel across Europe, with occasional assignments globally.Key Responsibilities* Execute installation, commissioning, site acceptance testing (SAT), maintenance, and repair activities on assigned equipment* Plan and coordinate field service activities in collaboration with OEM and utility customers* Deliver on-site customer training and technical support* Diagnose and resolve technical issues,
ensuring minimal system downtime* Maintain accurate service reports and documentation in compliance with company standards* Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to support service growth* Identify and communicate commercial opportunities to Sales teams* Provide customer feedback to Engineering, Quality, and Commercial functions* Manage local spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental requirements* Actively develop technical knowledge and stay current with product and industry advancementsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)* Achieve a minimum of 70% billable utilization (measured monthly)* Contribute to regional Field Service revenue growth* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction based on formal feedback* Demonstrate continuous improvement in product knowledge and technical capabilityQualifications* Degree or diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent experience)* Strong electromechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capabilit
