Your Contribution
- Ensure compliance with applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81/08 and environmental regulations—waste, emissions, water, etc.)
- Manage environmental permits, compliance requirements, and documentation
- Develop, implement, and update the HSE management system (ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
- Monitor environmental impacts and HSE KPIs, preparing periodic reports for management
- Coordinate internal and external audits and liaise with regulatory bodies and competent authorities
- Manage risk assessments, incidents, near misses, and non-conformities, defining corrective and preventive actions
- Promote initiatives for continuous improvement, sustainability, and reduction of environmental impacts
- Coordinate and deliver HSE training for staff
- Supervise suppliers, contractors, and external activities from an HSE perspective
- Collaborate with competent authorities and manage any inspections
Your Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma
- Min 5 years of experience in HSE roles
- Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments
- RSPP certification
- Knowledge of HSE regulations (Italy / EU)
- Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
- Ability to manage audits and certification systems
- Risk analysis and incident investigation
- Proficiency in Excel
- Good knowledge of English
- Proficiency in Italian
- Priority management

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to continuous improvement
