Experteer Overview In this role you will manage and develop the PLM-CAD infrastructure to support engineering and manufacturing. You will ensure system stability, data integrity, and seamless integration with other enterprise tools while enabling users across departments. You'll drive improvements, provide training, and collaborate with IT and engineering to optimize processes in a fast-paced, international environment. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape PLM capabilities that underpin high-performance racing. Retribuzione / Benefits Manage and maintain the PLM-CAD system for stability and performance Develop PLM-CAD functionalities aligned with business needs Configure workflows, data structures, and integrations with ERP and other systems Support upgrades, testing and deployments; ensure data governance and best practices Provide day-to-day user support, troubleshooting, and training; create guidelines Collaborate with engineering,



design and manufacturing to translate requirements into system improvements Identify optimization opportunities across the PLM infrastructure and coordinate with IT and vendors Responsabilità 3-5 years of experience in complex PLM installations or similar roles Strong understanding of product lifecycle processes Experience in CAD and PLM configuration and development Knowledge of engineering environments (Product Release, Bo M management, Data Management and Exchange) Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Good communication and stakeholder management skills Fluency in English Experience with Siemens Software PLM solutions (Teamcenter and NX) Experience in motorsport, automotive, or manufacturing environments Basic scripting or programming knowledge Understanding of system integrations (API, middleware) Travel 0-10% Requisiti fondamentali On site Gym Premio scheme Annual salary review Meal Tickets Free additional health insurance Tailored training #J-18808-Ljbffr
