What You Will Do
- You will report to the Head of Risk Analytics, Commercial Risk EMEA, and work closely with the commercial risk placement teams and EMEA Account Executive teams. You will also engage with various partners. Your goal is to transform how we support clients by embedding advanced analytics into our broking product.
- This execution-focused position will flex from the most mundane to the most exciting, so it will be important that you are motivated by the vision and able to execute on the tactical elements as required.
- You will collaborate with Senior Directors in the Central team and Sub-regional analytics leaders. Together, you will enhance the risk analytics capabilities of Aon across EMEA.



You will also collaborate with the Risk Analytics Product teams to understand and communicate our differentiation and distinctive value proposition across our analytical capabilities, and help drive the continued development of Aon's market-leading Risk Analytics tools and platforms.
- You will work closely with Broker teams to identify new training opportunities for analyzer tools and deliver training that is engaging, relevant, and effective.
- You will participate in a variety of projects that shape the Risk Analytics strategy at Aon and affect our Commercial Risk proposition. Your role involves technical instructing, training, engaging with clients, supporting oral presentations, and aiding written RFP responses.
- We are looking for a top communicator who is comfortable talking internally and with clients about sophisticated analytical insights. You are native or highly proficient in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
