Overview As Partner Operations Manager, you will own the end-to-end operational experience for key partners, from Travel Coordinators to DMCs. You'll lead a cross-functional team to build scalable processes and move WeRoad toward a unified partner platform, enabling fast growth across markets. You'll identify high-impact improvements, automate workflows, and ensure a high-quality partner experience. This role combines technology operations, process excellence, and partner care in a dynamic scaleup environment.

Identify ROI-driven automation opportunities and build/maintain automations using Google Apps Script, n8n, or low-code tools
Define and monitor process KPIs and iterate processes as the partner ecosystem grows
Contribute to the One Platform roadmap by auditing tools, addressing friction points and data quality gaps
Drive migration of key processes (contracts, vouchers, cash fund, travel diary, coordinator services) based on impact and complexity
Design and standardise the operating model for travel coordination including support and partner care
Scale and lead the Partner Operations team with clear roles and OKRs/KPIs and evolving staffing models
Foster a consistent, high-quality operational experience across all partner-facing activities
Build partner communication and engagement initiatives, including newsletters and feedback loops
Responsibilities 5+ years in Operations within fast-growing tech companies or digital scaleups
Experience managing external partner networks at scale (B2B/B2B2C or marketplace)
Hands-on automation experience using Google Apps Script, n8n or similar low-code tools
Experience leveraging AI (LLMs, chatbots) to automate and scale support
Data-driven mindset with ability to build dashboards and identify bottlenecks
Cross-functional leadership and ability to translate ops needs into product requirements
