Experteer Overview In this role you will drive process development and continuous improvement, collaborating with R&D; and operations to deliver optimized processes and reliable equipment performance. You will produce specifications, balance material and utilities, and size installations while mentoring trainees. You'll contribute to safety reviews, start‐up integrity, and ongoing performance enhancements. This is a hands‐on, cross‐functional position that shapes process design and project execution.
