Overview Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead the Product Management team for the SIMATIC portfolio in the Digital Industry division, setting long-term roadmaps aligned with HQ. You drive product strategy, lifecycle management, and performance through KPIs, collaborating with Sales, HQ, and stakeholders to strengthen Siemens's position in manufacturing. You will mentor product managers across PLC, HMI, IPC, and SCADA, while monitoring market trends to maintain competitive advantage. This position offers impact at scale, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to shape portfolio innovations and customer success.
Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of product managers (PLC, HMI, IPC, SCADA)
Define Italian product strategy and long-term roadmap aligned with HQ
Monitor portfolio performance via KPIs and business monitoring
Collaborate with Sales, HQ, and stakeholders to drive growth and customer success
Promote portfolio innovations through events and go-to-market initiatives




Build business cases and manage key partnerships and negotiations
Represent Siemens to strategic customers, analysts, and external stakeholders
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to strengthen market positioning
Qualifications Proven experience in PLC, HMI, IPC or SCADA technologies or in Product Management
Strong leadership experience with people management capabilities
Degree in Automation, Electronics, IT/Software Engineering or equivalent technical background
Strong analytical, strategic, and business acumen
Fluent Italian and English communication skills
Passion for continuous growth and learning
