Experteer Overview In this role you will enable reliable, safe, and quality plant operations worldwide by optimizing SAP PM and QM tools. You will bridge plant needs with IT delivery, support global SAP maintenance and quality processes, and contribute to a evolving digital landscape with SAP at the core. You will drive standardization across multinational sites and support rollouts, upgrades, and training to ensure high performance and efficiency. This is a hands‐on, cross‐functional role that blends business understanding with technical SAP expertise to deliver tangible plant improvements.
Retribuzione / Benefits Support and continuously improve digital tools used by plants for maintenance and quality controls
Serve as a point of contact between plant users and IT, translating needs into system solutions
Ensure SAP applications for maintenance execution and quality inspections run smoothly across regions
Analyze requests, incidents, and improvement opportunities and help prioritize solutions
Participate in global rollouts, enhancements,



and upgrades, including testing, training, and go‐live activities
Collaborate with international stakeholders to understand diverse plant processes
Contribute to an evolving SAP‐led digital landscape with integration of new technologies
Responsabilità At least 5 years of SAP PM and QM experience, ideally on S/4HANA
Strong understanding of maintenance (preventive/corrective, spare parts) and quality processes (inspections, certificates)
Experience providing functional support, incident handling, and usability improvements
Ability to work with business stakeholders and translate needs into practical solutions
Exposure to global or multi‐plant environments with emphasis on standardization
Familiarity with SAP master data and integration with other modules
Willingness to travel up to 20%
Fluent English, written and spoken
