Experteer Overview In this role you own the onboard Property Management System (PMS) end to end, shaping its vision and ensuring it supports ship operations and guest experience. You operate at the intersection of business, demand and delivery within a mission‐critical, international environment. You translate complex business needs into actionable specifications and govern the full delivery lifecycle with internal teams, software factories and external vendors. This position offers impact across operations, guest satisfaction and business continuity, leveraging cross‐functional collaboration and hands‐on solution validation.
