Keysight is looking for a Wireless Protocol Software Engineer with strong 3 GPP protocol expertise to develop robust software capabilities and APIs for system configuration , working close to standards and real implementations. In this role, you will translate evolving 3 GPP specifications into system‐level configurability ,



enabling reliable configuration and validation of protocol behavior across UE and base station emulation . You will contribute to early 6 G pre‐standard implementation activities , partnering across disciplines to deliver high‐quality solutions. This position sits at the intersection of protocol standards, software engineering, and system configuration APIs , within a multi‐site international environment . Responsibilities Design, develop, integrate, and optimize APIs for system‐level configurability. Validate 3 GPP protocol configurations, with specific focus on RRC configuration. Support both UE and base station emulation environments. Contribute to pre‐6 G standards, following 3 GPP evolution and emerging requirements.
