Job Description Summary The Global Process Engineer (GPE) will work closely with the Global Manufacturing Engineering Leader. The primary focus will be developing and deploying global standards that improve the reliability, availability, and performance of Aero Alliance's manufacturing equipment and processes. The GPE will analyze data and work cross‐functionally to implement proactive measures that improve processes, reduce costs through standardization, and ensure adherence to these standards. They will also be a focal point for new technology introductions, asset transfers, and new process introductions, including lead time, technology selection, and recommendations for fixtures, tooling, process, control plans, and qualifications of manufacturing assets. The GPE will coach and influence a dotted‐line organization of factory manufacturing engineers across Aero Alliance factories. Leveraging analytical skills, lean methodology, and a guiding principle of creating process standards for equipment ("One Product One Process")



will drive SQDC in line with business and functional objectives. The selected candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and extensive exposure to manufacturing, engineering, quality, and safe process development while building a culture of inclusion and respect for people as well as continuous improvement. Roles and Responsibilities Develop, qualify, and improve manufacturing processes; define global process standards and equipment standards and deploy them across the Aero Alliance factories, partnering with local factory technical leaders. Define, control, and communicate global processes for manufacturing assets, including facility integration, acceptance testing, machine health checks & calibrations, preventive maintenance plans, spare parts strategy, and technical & technology training.
