you play a pivotal part in the launch of new varieties—helping bring innovation from the field to the market.We are seeking for a Product Development Specialist with;At least a Bachelor´s degree in Agriculture and background in vegetable production with knowledge of the market crops.Minimum 5 years' relevant experience working in sales/promotion horticulture business.Based in Roma areaFurthermore, you are a true team player and an excellent communicator, bringing strong initiative and contagious enthusiasm to everything you do. Your interpersonal skills enable you to naturally build trust and gain the support of others. You are proactive, comfortable taking the lead, and you approach every challenge with a commercial mindset and a strong client focus. You excel in negotiation and are ready to travel extensively within the assigned area.
