Job Description
A luxury resort located in the heart of Umbria is seeking an accomplished Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all F&B; outlets and ensure exceptional culinary and service standards across the property. This leadership role requires a highly organized, strategic, and service-driven professional capable of managing multiple venues, teams, and operational workflows within a refined hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily operations of all F&B; outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, and special events.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of F&B; staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to develop menus, seasonal concepts, and signature experiences aligned with the resort’s brand.




- Ensure top-level guest satisfaction by maintaining impeccable service standards and addressing feedback effectively.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, suppliers, and cost control to achieve financial targets.
- Monitor P&L; performance, prepare budgets, and contribute to forecasting and strategic planning.
- Ensure full compliance with health, hygiene, safety, and food-handling regulations.
- Implement operational procedures to maximize efficiency and quality across all F&B; areas.
- Coordinate with Events, Marketing, and Front Office teams for promotions, special events, and cross-departmental initiatives.
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor to support service and engage with guests.
