You will coordinate with Sales, OPS, IT, and Client Services to ensure timely delivery, scoped budgets, and strong stakeholder engagement. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead and manage projects primarily in the Sales area and for Clients
Define project scope, capture key requirements, and coordinate activities with stakeholders
Oversee full project lifecycle with budget estimation and analysis
Manage communications with internal departments (Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Client Services)




Provide regular reporting to Top Management (SteerCo, Board Committees)
Ensure on-time, in-scope, and on-budget project delivery
Support CAPEX analysis and definition
Monitor and oversee client change requests
Responsabilità Experience in project management across cross-functional teams
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools
Familiarity with analytical/reporting tools and platforms (e.g., JIRA)
Certifications such as PMP or Agile are a plus but not mandatory
Fluent English; Spanish is advantageous but not mandatory
