Experteer Overview In this role you will drive the industrialization and standardization of products within Bolton Food's Quality team. You will lead end-to-end implementation of new products, private label initiatives, and process improvements across production lines, with focus on thermal processes and scale-up. You will collaborate across functions to ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and innovation at both global and local levels. This position offers the chance to shape how ideas become reliable, efficient industrial products within a storied FMCG company.

Manage development, optimization, and industrialization including pilot-to-plant scale-up, line trials, and validations
Oversee process optimization and validation activities with a focus on thermal processes
Support innovation projects within the Quality area




Drive standardization of processes and products by developing technical guidelines and databases
Responsabilità Master's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Food, Chemical, Process) or Food Technology
3+ years in industrialization, NPD, technology transfer, or process improvement
Knowledge of ISO 9001, BRC/IFS/HACCP
Advanced data analysis skills (Excel/Google Sheets, Minitab; Power BI a plus)
Professional proficiency in English; French and Spanish a plus
Strong technical leadership and analytical thinking
Ability to manage projects and multiple priorities
Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration
Continuous improvement mindset with focus on innovation
