Experteer Overview In this role you will lead on-site service for ATS and LV products, including commissioning, installation supervision, and problem resolution. You will work across high-stakes power installation projects, collaborating with engineers and partners to ensure optimal system performance. You'll travel extensively within the EU to support international customers and complex deployments. This position offers exposure to digital energy management and a chance to shape outcomes on critical transfer switch infrastructure. You will engage with customers directly, train users, and drive preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize reliability.
Retribuzione / Benefits Startup and commissioning across ATS and LV product range
Evaluate installation quality and readiness for start-up
Assess system installation and operational conditions
Perform on-site adjustments to optimize performance
Support customers with installation, modification and repair
Identify root causes across quality, software, and operation issues
Collaborate with Schneider Electric service engineers and partners on-site
Coordinate with L3 support to resolve on-site issues
Provide customer training on operation of equipment
Interact with customers on-site or remotely to define support needs
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for ATS & LV products

Diploma/Bachelor in electrical engineering or equivalent
5 years with commissioning or field service repair in secure power
Experience with power system installations (Transfer Switches, LV switchboards
