We are Klaus, Luis, Eva, Philipp and Oliver — the Berger family, who have been running the Hotel Post Gries since 1937, now in the fourth generation. Our hotel at Piazza Gries in Bolzano is more than just a hotel: it's a place where you can feel the decades — and where hospitality isn't a buzzword, but lived out every day.
Our team is small, but lively. We work together, celebrate together and eat together. When a guest leaves a painted stone as a thank-you at check-out, you know: this work makes a difference.

Klaus takes care of the overall management and the hotel's daily operations. Eva is our warm-hearted hostess, whose positive nature creates a harmonious atmosphere. Luis is the contact person for our guests and looks after the small wishes that make a stay perfect.



Philipp and Oliver bring fresh ideas and new perspectives as the next generation.
