IT Assistant/FinOps (RIF. FINOPS-122025)
- Creating reports and metrics to provide visibility on expenses and trends;
- Identifying opportunities to optimize costs and resource usage without compromising performance and security;
- Promoting a culture of responsibility and cost awareness among teams;
- Supporting the definition of cloud governance and resource usage policies;
- Creating comprehensive documentation and reports on project status, costs, and the people and technologies needed for implementation;
- Support the procurement of specialized services and data from external suppliers (e.g., cloud resources, satellite imagery, geospatial intelligence, sensor data, or other mission‑critical data sources) by translating technical requirements into specifications, exploring suppliers, and evaluating solutions against SLAs, licenses, and costs;
- Manage supplier relationships throughout the lifecycle, including RFI/RFP development, coordinate delivery and integration, monitor spending, and optimize costs while ensuring compliance;
- Attend SOW (State of Work, SAL in Italian) meetings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in technology procurement, supplier management, and financial operations, with experience in analyzing technical requirements and evaluating contracts/SLAs; Professional experience in data and service procurement in the defense sector (satellite imagery, ISR data, or similar specialized technical services) is considered a plus;
- At least 3 years of previous experience in a similar position;
- Excellent knowledge of English;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, as well as resource management skills;
- Adaptability, dynamism, and independent management of activities.
