Coordinate with Onboarding Specialists and commercial teams to secure a smooth start and continued engagement
Drive adoption and measurable outcomes over 6–12 months post-activation
Collaborate with Account Executives or CSMs to manage commercial relationships and expansion opportunities
Coordinate multiple stakeholders and cross-functional work streams, maintaining accountability and progress




Apply change management and adoption methodologies to ensure technology delivers business value
Analyse data to track value realisation metrics and progress toward milestones
Responsabilità Proven experience in customer-facing project delivery within a B2B SaaS environment
Strong track record leading multi-month adoption or rollout projects (mid-market or enterprise)
Ability to coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders and drive accountability
Solid understanding of change management and adoption methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and track value realisation
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with senior stakeholders (e.g., Finance Directors, CFOs)
Highly organised, process-oriented, and capable of managing timelines and milestones
Experience using CRM and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Asana) to track progress
