The opportunity
We are looking to recruit a talented Azure Data Platform Support to join our team.

Responsibilities
Technical Support: Provide first-level support on reporting delivery platforms based on both cloud and on-premises infrastructure;
Troubleshooting:



Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, with autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility;
Monitoring: Perform system performance checks and proactively address issues;
Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation on common issues and solutions;
Collaborate with architects, software developers, and project stakeholders to ensure that the installation of new product releases and the introduction of new features occur smoothly and securely.
️ Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or computer Science;
Previous experience as an Application Maintenance (+2 years);
On-call availability;
Learning Ability: Strong desire to learn and improve technical skills;
Communication: Good written and oral communication skills.
