The job reports to the Regional Site Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the operation and maintenance of wind farms efficiently and effectively, in accordance with best practices and technical excellence objectives, through internal resources and/or third‐party suppliers.
Manage and oversee third‐party suppliers within the assigned geographical area from both a technical and HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) perspective, as well as from an economic standpoint.
Manage balance of plant (BOP) operation and maintenance activities, including civil works, substations and associated infrastructure.
Maintain relationships with the Grid Manager, ENEL and Terna to support the safe and efficient operation of local wind farms.
Collect and analyse operational data, preparing reports on production, availability, maintenance,



spare parts management and related activities.
Prepare monthly management reports, including budget versus actual comparisons for both technical and financial aspects.
Support the Regional Site Manager in managing relationships with RWE business functions, monitor supplier performance from a contractual perspective, and provide feedback on service quality to support supplier selection and evaluation.
Apply O&M; and HSSE business processes, proposing improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.

Key Skills Required
Diploma from an Industrial Technical Institute in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, with 2–5 years of experience in maintenance management and/or the operation of renewable energy plants and asset management.
