Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus. Monitor workload, performance, and development plans to ensure effective team execution. Customer Management Serve as the primary point of contact for selected strategic customers and key accounts.



Build strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and responsiveness. Support customer escalations and coordinate timely resolution of complex issues. Commercial Operations Oversee the complete order-to-delivery process for external and intercompany customers. Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders, quotations, shipping documentation, and commercial records. Support Sales Account Managers, distributors, and direct customers throughout the commercial lifecycle. Cross-Functional Coordination Act as the key liaison between Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, Production Planning, Logistics, and Finance. Coordinate product availability, delivery schedules, and customer priorities to ensure business commitments are met.
