You will drive acquisition growth through Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with a strong focus on high-quality sessions, efficient CAC, and sustainable LTV: CAC. You'll operate with an AI-first mindset, leveraging automation and experimentation to accelerate performance while protecting quality and brand integrity. WHAT YOU'LL DO Own Paid Search growth strategy across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, covering Search, AI Max, Performance Max, and You Tube.
