PVS OTR New Unit Manager (Centrifugal Pump) Our Industrial & Energy Technology (IET) team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity. This role focuses on ensuring alignment between pump product strategy and business execution, especially in cost competitiveness, new market adaptation, and lifecycle support. Responsibilities Ensure timely project execution to meet customer commitments and support revenue recognition. Balance and prioritize resources across multiple projects and cooperate with all functions to maximize efficiency and throughput. Improve cost efficiency by optimizing material usage and labor performance throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication, quality delivery, and effective issue resolution. Enhance project profitability through scope control, cost management, and continuous improvement initiatives.



Collaborate with PDT LDS to reduce costs for new markets. Work with Product Development Teams to adapt solutions and reduce costs, enabling competitiveness in emerging markets. Actively support the development of junior team members and peers by sharing knowledge, offering guidance, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability. Serve as a role model and promoter of the GTE (Global Team Engagement) culture, helping to embed company values, drive engagement, and support a positive, inclusive work environment. Represent the company in local industry associations and professional networks, strengthening external visibility, building partnerships, and staying aligned with market trends and best practices.
