Experteer Overview As Sales Manager in our Direct Sales team, you'll lead a regional group of Account Executives to drive new business with Mid-Market and Enterprise clients. You'll translate strategy into day-to-day execution, coaching the team and ensuring robust pipelines, forecast accuracy, and deal support. You'll own complex, multi-threaded sales cycles and partner across functions to accelerate revenue. This role sits at the heart of our growth as a leading fintech and software company.
