Executes assigned activities as per ABB standard procedures.Work model: #LI-HybridIn this role, you'll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:Designing and implementing plans and effective strategies for local sourcing of products/materials to meet current and future business requirements. Actively supporting alignment between local procurement activities, South Europe Region and division strategy.Conducting assessments and identifying areas for improvement in the production of our existing supplier base.



Exploring new suppliers and developing strategies for ensuring strategic diversification of sourcing and competitiveness and quality of materialsCollaborating with internal teams to consolidate actions and forecasts for cost reduction, contributing to continuous improvement in operational efficiency. Applying and implementing procurement standards, tools, and processes in their own area of responsibility to secure quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability.Tracking the procurement processes and activities, creates and updates reports, as required, following the ABB standards. Resolving issues related to procurement cost, quality, and delivery in their assigned area.Tracking internal and external suppliers' Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), quality issues, and implements related development actions. Executing purchasing and logistics strategies to support the business by optimizing costs, quality, and reliability
