Contract: Full-time, Permanent Role We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Components Industrialization Engineer to drive the industrialization of components and subsystems for our next-generation robotic platforms. Working across Product Development, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and suppliers, you will ensure components are designed and industrialized for scalable, reliable, and cost-effective production. You will support the product lifecycle from concept development to production ramp-up, enabling the transition from prototypes to serial manufacturing. Responsibilities Collaborate with Product Development teams on the industrialization of components and subsystems from early design stages through production ramp-up. Drive DFM, DFA, and DFC activities to ensure manufacturability, quality, cost-effectiveness, and scalability. Define industrial requirements, manufacturing processes, qualification criteria, and industrialization strategies. Evaluate materials, manufacturing technologies, and production methods to support product development decisions.



Collaborate with suppliers on component development, industrialization, qualification, and readiness activities. Support NPI processes, including APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, DFMEA, Control Plans, and related quality methodologies. Assess manufacturing risks, supplier capabilities, and industrial maturity, driving mitigation and continuous improvement actions. Coordinate prototype, pre-series, and ramp-up activities, supporting a successful Start of Production (SOP). Requirements Master's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Materials, or Automation Engineering, or equivalent technical background. 5–10 years of experience in Product Industrialization, Manufacturing Engineering, Components Engineering, or similar roles. Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) programs in automotive, e-mobility, robotics, aerospace, or other high-tech manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of industrialization processes
