Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Manage and support budget of Catalyst and Eurodrone Programs
Provide Project Management and DMS support for engineering organization
Develop,



maintain and report relevant KPIs at Systems and Program level; actively work on gaps closure by structured Problem Solving
Provide a link between Avio Central Operations and Catalyst team
Develop and implement robust engineering processes, standards, and best practices to optimize operational efficiency and product quality
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, global sites, to ensure seamless integration and compliance. Work across Engineering, Program & Finance
Analyze data, visualize and report results, draw conclusions, and initiate appropriate corrective actions
Contribute to the strategic planning and roadmap development for Catalyst Product Line
Ensure all engineering activities comply with relevant aerospace industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field
Relevant experience of multidisciplinary work environment, preferably
