Experteer Overview In this role you drive the sale of ABB Motion Drive Products across Lombardia, aligning with customers to improve productivity, efficiency and sustainability. You will cultivate OEM and System Integrator partnerships and promote the full Motion portfolio. You'll build and execute account plans to grow ABB's installed base and collaborate with internal teams on offers and campaigns. This is a hands‐on sales role with regional travel and a clear impact on ABB's market presence. Identify new opportunities and assist customers in selecting optimal automation and motion solutions Create and execute account plans to expand market penetration and installed base Prepare technical and commercial offers with internal support and proposal teams Communicate delivery schedules, commercial terms, and contracts per ABB policies Support marketing initiatives, product launches, and customer events Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities Manage administrative sales activities including CRM, forecasting, cash collection support, and project follow-up Responsabilità 5+ years in technical sales, business development, or account management in industrial automation Strong knowledge of industrial drive systems and automation technologies (AC drives, PLCs, motors, motion control) Understanding of OEM and System Integrator business models and industrial production processes Ability to build long‐term customer relationships, negotiate, and manage complex sales Technical education in Automation, Mechatronics, or related field English communication skills Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned area Requisiti fondamentali Flexi
