Experteer Overview In this role you will oversee the performance of service contracts, ensuring compliance and delivery against targets. You'll own the customer relationship during the Service Contract phase and provide strategic input for commercial decisions. You'll maintain a complete view of the account, align cross‐functional teams, and steer negotiations toward value-based outcomes.
