If so, we invite you to join our team as a Project Manager at Novo Nordisk. As a Project Management Office Lead, you will provide overall management and guidance to project activities. You will develop and oversee the implementation of the strategic project management plan and align project activities with organizational goals and objectives. You will effectively allocate and manage resources within the Project Management Office (PMO). Establish and maintain project execution standards and systems in compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS), Novo Nordisk project execution model and FFEx Project Execution standards. Monitor and uphold quality standards for all capital projects.
Ensure project managers and construction managers achieve time, quality, and cost objectives. Implement effective cost management practices for all capital projects.



Facilitate training programs for personnel supporting the project portfolio in project management processes. Develop project managers to execute projects aligned with strategic goals. Regarding your personal skills, we require a high degree of cross-functional collaboration and management skills, proven expertise in mentoring, change management, and stakeholder management, a proactive approach towards project goals and deliverables, the ability to manage priorities, result-oriented with a "can-do" attitude, organized and structured approach.
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in similar management positions. Minimum 8 years combined project management experience in major investment projects, e.g. as planner, cost engineer, risk engineer or similar.
Extensive experience working in complex projects in various roles including roles with project management responsibility, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or other regulated industries.
