Experteer Overview In this role you drive the design of new Delivery Stations and upgrade legacy sites, focusing on automation and process standardization across EU programs. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, and cost while delivering scalable, best-in-class layouts. You will lead end-to-end design, manage projects, and push innovation in a fast-paced logistics network. This position offers impact across the EU AMZL network with opportunities to influence both new builds and upgrades. Job Responsibilities Drive new site designs and legacy site upgrades from planning to execution, including automation integration Lead technology integration and standardization in EU-wide programs and products,



owning layout integrations and optimizations in Delivery Stations Contribute to network standardization via best practice sharing with EU counterparts Provide process expertise on engineering design defining material flow, conveyor positioning, equipment requirements and real estate implications from process requirements Lead strategic initiatives and identify project opportunities to improve processes and station designs, engaging key stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor's degree Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Experience in manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering Knowledge of project management tools Experience in planning, scheduling and auditing maintenance activities Experience with Six Sigma, lean manufacturing Benefits Competitive salary Sign-on payment Restricted stock unit scheme (RSU) Statutory benefits CBA-related benefits Additional company benefits as applicable #J-18808-Ljbffr
