Experteer Overview In this role, you drive the group's decarbonization roadmap across 20+ industrial sites, shaping strategic energy investments and coordinating multi‐site execution. You balance CO2 reduction with CAPEX/OPEX considerations, building sound business cases and overseeing end‐to‐end projects from feasibility to validation. You collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Energy and Legal to ensure compliant, long‐term energy and decarbonization initiatives. commissioning and performance validation Coordinate activities across 20+ industrial plants worldwide and support onboarding of new plants Lead or support investment approval cycles with senior stakeholders and governance bodies Prepare CAPEX proposals and related investment documentation aligned with budgeting and financial controls Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Energy and Legal to develop CAPEX projects and long‐term agreements (10–15 years) Engage in tender processes, define technical requirements and liaise with external partners Promote energy efficiency policies across sites and assist local teams in identifying and executing projects Monitor project performance and achieved savings to ensure continuous improvement and target attainment Responsabilità Master's degree in Engineering (Energy, Mechanical, Electrical, or related) Proven experience in energy, utilities, or decarbonization projects Strong financial analysis capabilities and CAPEX project management experience Experience operating in multi‐site or international industrial settings Solid understa
