We are looking for a highly motivated and commercially driven Key Account Manager to join our team in Italy.
This field-based role is responsible for driving sales growth, managing strategic customer relationships, and delivering strong commercial performance across a defined geographical territory.
As a Key Account Manager, you will take ownership of key accounts, managing the full sales cycle—from new business acquisition through long-term account development and portfolio expansion across the Sinclair Aesthetics portfolio.
The successful candidate will combine a consultative sales approach with strong commercial acumen,



relationship-building skills, and proven experience within the medical aesthetics/injectables sector. You will work closely with clinic owners, healthcare professionals, and senior decision-makers to drive sustainable business growth while representing Sinclair's values.
Deliver quarterly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
Promote and sell the Sinclair Aesthetics portfolio to clinic owners and qualified clinicians.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize customer growth and business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clinic owners, KOLs, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
Lead account-level commercial and marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
Organize and support local campaigns, promotional activities, workshops, and educational event
