Within our Client Service team, we're currently looking for a Client Service Specialist who will be fully dedicated to a portfolio of our Consumer Health clients.
Responsibilities
Provide additional insight and interpretation of the data to enable appropriate resolution of business questions and/or issues including pre-analysis of data query and cooperation with Data Integrity team in finalizing the resolution feed-back to the client.
Manage queries raised by client using in-depth understanding of the client and IQVIA property data to ensure that full and timely response is provided (also with support from other functions' teams) using company tools (QMS/CSM) and respecting contractual SLA.
Transfer client requests for database modification to the Delivery Team and ensures proper execution.
Responsible for maintaining and growing revenue from existing and new services – commercial aspect
Supporting the team lead on driving and implementing specific initiatives
Support Sales team in the definition of quotations
Review client data requirements with the appropriate internal resource to ensure that basic product deliverables meet the customer's specifications, including timeliness and quality.
Provides training to clients and support to team for client service meetings at customer sites.
Produces ad-hoc studies and presentations on demand (prepare and present market scenario presentations for clients)
Manage back-office activities (maintaining and updating contact records, organization and maintenance of documentation, managing quotations, etc)
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
MSc with strong interest into data analysis
Knowledge of pharmaceutical/healthcare/dermo-cosmetic market will be a plus
3+ years of experience in similar roles (Marketing/Trade Marketing, Data Analysis, etc.) preferably in similar multinational context
Attention to details and respect of deadlines
Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
Ability to manage various projects simultaneously and in line with p
