Job Description

Oversee customers in Cuneo, Asti, Alessandria area, driving sales growth, profitability, and long ‑ term business development with both new and existing accounts. Deliver focused sales and account management aimed at expanding customer partnerships and increasing market share (powder & liquid coatings and e-coat).
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with SHW Management and supports customers by recommending the right products and solutions. Handle complex inquiries and leverages application technologies to enhance operational quality and efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth, introduce new product lines, and expand business opportunities in alignment with the Area Sales Manager’s guidelines.
- Research and analyze industry trends and market data to understand impacts on volume, margins, and market share.
- Grow your customer base by attending trade shows and expanding your professional network.
- Execute multiple sales and business strategies by streamlining programs and coordinating.





Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and good command of English,
- Previous Coatings and Sales experience,
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth, introduce new product lines, and expand business opportunities in alignment with the Area Sales Manager’s guidelines.
