About the Role As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to a dedicated Life Sciences client based in Central Latina, to support a large multi-year construction project. In collaboration with client's project executive, you will focus on moving the project forward to meet agreed upon schedule and budget. This is not a remote role and does require onsite presence at client campus 3 – 5 days per week. What You'll Do Manage the core project team and external vendors to develop programming, design, and construction documents.



Participate in contractor tendering process and manage the project throughout the entire project life cycle. Interact directly with the client's project executive and stakeholders to manage all elements of the project, including the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification. Partner with client's procurement team to define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients. Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements. Ensure project data integrity and documentation are accurate, timely, and coordinated. Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency
