Overview
In this role you will lead the end-to-end production and project management of marketing campaigns for Netflix titles in Italy, collaborating with global and local teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and creative excellence. You'll partner with in-house and external producers across AV, print and digital to orchestrate campaigns for local and international titles. The position emphasizes fast-paced, solution-focused leadership and cross-functional alignment, shaping how stories reach audiences. This is a visibility-rich role with impact across marketplaces and campaigns.

Responsabilità
- 8+ years in marketing creative production and project management
- Experience in entertainment industry; international experience a plus
- Strong understanding of Italian and global advertising/media landscape
- Track record of managing high‐profile local and global campaigns
- Expert knowledge of campaign localisation workflows (AV, Print, Digital)
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Excellent communication and analytical skills; strategic and creative thinker
